Happo-one / ○180cm / Light Cloudy2020.Jan.19

20011901_happoGondola and Alpen Quad started working at 7:45 and 7:55, respectively, as “Freeride World Tour Hakuba Japan 2020” was held. It was partially cloudy today like yesterday. As soon as the course opened, people arrived one after another in the starting area of Usagidaira, which was firm and flat, and started skiing & snowboarding fast.

20011903_happoIt was foggy sometimes in the upper area. Powder snow was moderately firm on the southern groomed area of Usagidaira and the area along Kurobishi Quad (pictured)! I enjoyed leaving trails as my ski edges bit the snow well.

20011902_happo“We enjoy your reports! We’re on one-day training today. Happo is awesome with great snow as we expected!”, members of Ski Association of Toyokawa, Aichi, said. I also had a chat with a family from Ishikawa, another family from Chiba, and a man from Aichi. Thank you all for talking to me as usual.
