Happo-one / ○165cm / Snowy2020.Jan.13
It was snowy and foggy in the upper area. I didn’t expect much snow because it was relatively warm today. However, when I got off the gondola, I found 25–30 cm of soft powder snow along Kurobishi 3! (in the photo.) People went straight down the non-groomed course after getting off Alpen Quad.
[Kurobishi]
The area along Kurobishi 3 was firm and had undulating. I found big bumps on the slope as I went down the course. There was much snow and I enjoyed the floating feeling.
[Kurobishi]
Everyone was excited, having a riot at Usagidaira, Kurobishi and Skyline. Skyline Course was covered with 20 cm of fresh snow. (in the photo.) It was not really undulating, covered with moderate amount of snow, and I enjoyed carving there.
[Skyline Course]
The area along Kitaone No.3 Pair was covered with 20 cm of fresh snow. The central part was compacted, soft ad nice. Kitaone Course was crowded, although it’s located on the edge of the resort. About 70–80% of the visitors were from overseas.
