Happo-one / ○140cm / Sunny2020.Jan.09

20010901_happoAll lifts were suspended in the morning due to the strong wind. I headed for Usagidaira, taking Nakiyama Triple and Happo Riesen Quad, which started working at 10 a.m. “We enjoy your reports.”, two instructors of Hakuba Happo-one Ski School & Snowboard School, who were waiting for Alpen Quad to start working, said.
[Usagidaira]
20010902_happoAlpen Quad and KurobishiQuad started working at 11:30 a.m. I saw bumps on the fresh snowdrift on the fresh drifting snow at the lower part of Usagidaira along Alpen Quad. They were not hard and my ski edges dug into the snow well, although I didn’t feel the bottom.
[Usagidaira]
20010903_happoThe southern part of Usagidaira was non-groomed. The snow surface packed by the strong wind was covered with soft fresh snow. The slope was nice without any icy part, although it was rainy yesterday.
[Usagidaira]
20010904_happoThe non-groomed Panorama Slope was a bit undulating, covered with 3~5 cm of fresh snow. Kokusai No.1 Pair, Kokusai No.3 Pair, Panorama Pair, Sakka Kita-one Quad, Skyline No.2 Pair started working at 10 a.m., while Gondola started working at 11 a.m.
