Happo One / △65cm / Cloudy2019.Dec.26

19122601_happoIt was cloudy this morning. My skis ran smoothly at the northern area of Panorama Course, which was firmly compacted like yesterday. Meanwhile, the southern compacted area of Panorama Course was as wide as two pisten.
[Panorama Course]

19122602_happoIt was chilly at the upper area around 9 a.m., although the temperature was relatively high, 0℃. The compacted area along Kurobishi 2 Quad was softer than Panorama Course. Both of them were great but I guess some people would prefer the firmer Panorama Course, while others would prefer the softer Kurobishi 2 Quad area.
[Kurobishi Slope]

19122603_happoThe western area of Kurobishi 2 Quad was relatively flat without any bushes, although the slope itself was a bit undulating. Meanwhile, the snow layer was partially thin at the eastern area. However, it was okay, perfectly marked with poles.

19122604_happoI’m worried about snow on Usagidaira Slope. There were big hard bumps at the area along Alpen Quad, except for the gentle compacted part. I saw many gentle bumps and the ground exposed at the middle area where you can take a devious route. “I enjoy your reports!” I’ll rent an apartment during winter and fully enjoy skiing with my family until the Golden Week.”, a man from Saitama Prefecture said.
