We had “Kamiyuki” (snow falling in the southern area of Nagano Prefecture) last night, and the upper area of Happo was covered with 10~15 cm of fresh snow. The eastern side of Kurobishi 2 Quad is now also covered with enough snow, although I was worried (photo). The whole area was compacted this morning, including the western side.

There was 10~15 cm of fresh snow on the western non-compacted area of Kurobishi 2 Quad (photo) .The slope was hard with ups and downs, however, the soft powder snow on the surface was great. Few people were on the side of Kurobishi 3 Pair as many bushes were still exposed.

It started to get cloudy around 9 a.m. with the clouds moving from south to north. The fresh snow was about 15 cm deep along Alpen Quad. The central area was safe, covered with enough snow (photo), although some bushes were exposed under the lift.

Panorama Course was really crowded around 10 a.m. “I’ll open a dumpling restaurant, called “Ciao zoo”, in Misorano on December 26 (Thu). Please come to eat!”, a snowboarder (in the middle of the photo), who’s working for Woody Rental, said.
