Happo-one / ×3cm / Sunny2019.Nov.15

It was sunny and there was no wind blowing. We had snow yesterday at Ushiro Tateyama Mountain Ridge due to the winter-like cold air mass moving south. Hakuba Sanzan (in the photo) looked magnificent today against the blue sky, covered with the white snow. (※The white circle (upper left corner of the photo) is moon).

I saw Kurobishi and Usagidaira Slope covered with snow last night thorough a live camera, however, the snow had almost disappeared as of 7:50 a.m. this morning. There was 1~2 cm of perfect powder snow at the lower area of Riesen Grat, which is located at the top.

There was 2~3 cm of snow at the upper area of Riesen Grat. I sank into the snow for the first time this season. There was the northerly wind blowing at the upper area, although there was no wind at the middle and lower area, as I mentioned above.
