It began to snow at 9a.m.at the upper area of the Slope, after that it snowed heavier. “We are always checking your reports! We have come and ski together here Happo every year for almost twenty years!” A group from Tokyo, Kanagawa and Aichi talked to us.

Both sides of Kurobishi No.2 Quad has been compacted at about 50cm width since Dec. 21(Fri.). Despite of the warm wether this tree days, the condition of the slope is good for skiing. We saw advanced skiers and snowboarderes sliding in a big arch again and again.

Skyline Course has not been compacted yet. There are random and deep ups and downs at the early stage and there are tighten and shallow ups and downs at the middle stage( photo). We saw some ground at the last stage but could slide carefully seeing the pole without any trouble.

Panorama Course has already compacted in the whole area of the north of the Kokusai No.3 pair and the half area of the south slope. It has compacted shallowly today but we could enjoy turn and sliding over again without slipping and falling by the snow in the early morning(photo).
