The red sky at dawn tinged the bottom of the ski slope with orange. However, when I took off the Gondola, the snow fell silently without the wind. Today “Moring Riesen” was held, so Panorama Course got already crowded at 7:40 a.m.

2cm of light and fresh snow covered the southern part of the groomed slope at Usagidaira. Although it was in good condition to ski, it was hard to see the surface of the snow because of the snow and the thin fog. At the non-groomed and steep slope along Alpen Quad, there remained ski tracks of yesterday, so it was in difficult condition.

The snow was groomed widely and flatly and 1-2cm of the fresh snow at Panorama Course. I could repeat turns comfortably. The visibility was good and many people use Kokusai 3 and Panorama Pair.

The quality of the snow at Central Course was same as the upper part of the ski slope. There was about 1 cm fresh snow on firm slope, so it was in good condition to ski. At Shirakaba the tight slope was covered with the fresh snow.
