Happo-one / ◎250cm / Snowy2018.Jan.01
A Happy New Year! It was hardly snowing at the bottom part but when I got off gondola, it was snowing heavily. At Panorama which had 1cm fresh snow on a moderately firm groomed slope, I enjoyed first skiing this year.
[Panorama]
The families gathered from three different prefectures, Tokyo, Osaka and Okayama said, “W always check your reports”. Though the sight was clear at 8 a.m., but the fog started covering the upper part of Usagidaira, Kurobishi and Risen Grat. After 30 minutes, it covered the areas entirely.
[Usagidaira]
The south part of Usagidaira and the slope along Kurobishi No.2 were groomed beautifully and in very good conditions. On the other hand, the non-groomed areas of along Alpen Quad and Kurobishi No.3 had bumps and they also had 15cm fresh snow on it, which was pretty challenging.
[Usagidaira]
Central Course which was groomed widely was also in a great condition and I could ski at high speed. Shirakaba was also groomed nicely and there was still a hard part, but it did not that matter to ski.
