Tomorrow, Trattoria Primo will be open at Usagidaira, a popular restaurant in Karuizawa. The store manager, Mr. Oyama has lots of promotions for us. For example, Original Parti nove(JPY1700), Porcini miso cream(JPY1700) and so on.

At the upper part of the slope, the snow has fallen heavily since this morning. At the southern part of Usagidaira, about 5cm of the light fresh snow stayed around the flat foundation. Because it has been cold for a long time, today the condition was good to ski and we took turns many times. The amount of the fresh snow was 10cm at non-groomed area.

The condition from the beginning to the middle of Riesen was as good as Usagidaira and we could ski comfortably and fast. Usuba, at the end of  the course, was stiff, because of the artificial snow.
