Not only Yeti (Usagidaira Terrace) and Sun Terrace Panorama, but also Pilar and Cafeteria Kurobishi are open today! Pilar has calm atmosphere and serves Hot Dog (650JPY) as special menu until Dec 15(Fri) and you can eat sandwiches, soups, chicken & chips and drinks. *The restaurant is open too!

In this morning, the weak wind blew and the snow fluttered. The temperature was -10 degrees and it was the coldest in this season. 5-10cm of the fresh snow which piled up last night was groomed, and the condition of the slope is amazing! At the southern part of Usagidaira, the snow was a little bit stiff because of artificial snow at the upper part, but I almost skied comfortably and fast.

Especially, it was in good condition along Kurobishi No2 Quad and at Panorama Course. The slope was flat and comfortable to ski, so we could repeat turn as we had imagined. The weak sunlight was sometimes shining and it seemed to become sunny.

The snow was groomed at Riesen Slalom Course, but we couldn’t ski down from the bottom part to Shirakaba because of a lack of snow. However, the available 4 ski slopes at the upper part have both perfect quantity and quality of snow!
