When the low pressure that occurs in west of the Sea of Japan, temperature will increase. In the mid winter the temperature is low at Hakuba and it will bring a heavy snow. But during this period, “rain turns to snow” most of the time. Therefore, it was drizzling in the village but it turns to snow from upper part of Usagidaira and middle part of Skyline Course.
