The rain changed into snow from the last afternoon and we had a heavy snowfall in the last night. It was very chilly in the upper area, -11 degrees, so I felt cold even though it hardly brew a wind.
[Riesen Slalom Course]
There was 25cm fresh snow in the ungroomed area of Riesen Slalom. The slope was nicely firm and we could enjoy the fluffy snow fully! The groomed slope got firmer and firmer as I skied down, but edges of my skis worked well.

After Alpen Quad started the operation, people rushed into the ungroomed areas of Usagidaira and Kurobishi. The groomed areas of Usagidaira and along Kurobishi No.2 Quad was also in good condition with thin fresh snow on. The visibility got better in Skyline Course and the run was flat and firm well.

Some parts were hard in Olympic Course, but generally, I could ski comfortably there thanks to the fresh snow. Shirakaba was also groomed well and the condition got much better again.
