It was warm and sunny in the morning, but got colder as time passed and started to snow at around 10:30 a.m. A group of 4 people from Nagano City (Photo) gave us a greeting, “We always check your reports! We often come to Hakuba Norikura for practice together.” The groomed slope of Wakaguri Chuo was nicely soft with corn snow.

“We always enjoy your reports! This is our third time to snowboard in this Self-responsibility Area today. There is a natural kicker in the middle and it is our favorite!”, 2 people from Matsumoto City said. The tree run area leading to the middle of Rabbit Course is not so long, but has exciting terrains here.

The upper part of Highway Course (Photo) is always have the sunlight, so the slope already got bumpy slightly and the corn snow got melted and soft this morning. The groomed slopes of lower Highway Course and Kamoshika Course were not too soft, so we could enjoy riding at high speed.

An instructor of Hakuba Norikura Ski School talked, “I always check your reports. I usually ski with my daughter (Photo) together and teach how to ski on a day off.” Wakaguri Rinkan Course was nicely firm with corn snow due to the shades made by trees on the sides. The slope remained in the same condition still after it started to snow.
