Mogul Course has opened in the lower area of Highway Course on Dec. 30 (Sat). In the lane, you’re required to ski down one by one. So, you can fully enjoy without worrying about minor collisions or crashes. It was New year’s Eve today and many people had tried the course since morning regardless of their age or sex.

There were 5 lanes in total and there was an air kicker in the upper area of the right course. The snow was nicely firm and had good quality. People were enjoying not only straight-jumps but also high back-flips.

In Highway Course as of 10:00 am, snow was gathered together on a flat firm ground. It looked rough, however, it was in good condition for skiing down. So, the course was crowded with many people, including beginners and advanced skiers. A woman talked to me and said, “Please take a photo!” She said she had started skiing again for the first time in 2 years after giving birth.Her husband and child were playing with sleigh at Satomi.

A party of two talked to me at No.3 Pair Lift station, saying “Are you a staff of snownavi?” They said they left their children at ski school and were going to enjoy back country ski. I hope they go back safely and have a happy new year with their family!
