Hakuba Norikura / ◎180cm / Snowy2017.Mar.08
Today was middle of March, but it was “POWDER DAY” than I have expected! Due to the snow cloud or the wind, about 40cm light snow accumulated at Sky View! The snow was falling in the cold wind, and people skied into the open slope.

The foundation was a little bit firm, but the fresh and soft snow was better, so I dropped in without hesitation. When the advanced players skied well, some people on the lift cheered. It was in the morning on weekdays on March, so there were few people, and much fresh snow left for a long time.

Especially at Self-Responsibility Area in the west of No.10 Pair, there were no ski tracks on the slope even after 10:00 a.m. I saw some snowboarders were riding on the ridged slope. The snow fell more weakly than early morning, and the visibility was good.
[Self-Responsibility Area]
There were about 10cm snow in the bottom area like the slopes of Satomi Chuo and Wakaguri Chuo. At the groomed slope, the powdery snow was comfortable and in a good condition. But if you enter the fresh snow without attention, you will be stuck! Be careful!
