We have three straight powdays from Feb. 10 (Fri)!! The snow falling heavily in this early morning had abated when the ski area was open. No.3 High Speed Pair was late for the opening because of the safety check, so it had a long line which almost reached the bottom station of No.4 Pair.

Finally, No.3 High Speed Pair was open at 9:30 a.m. People rushed into Highway, Snake, Expert and Self-responsibility Courses one after another for the powdery snow. The amount of fresh snow was about 40cm and we could enjoy the feel of floating!

Especially, Snake Course and Expert Course were very crowded and those courses got covered with ski tracks just in 30 minutes. In Snake Course which has a changeable landform, I found a snowboarder jumping with snow spray. In this morning, the sun cast the sunlight and it hardly blew a wind, so we could ski comfortably.

In Highway Course, a fresh groomed slope covered with 10cm light snow jumped into my sight just after the ski area was open. The spray of snow was raised every time people made rhythmical turns and it made me excited. The groomed slopes of Wakaguri Chuo, Kamoshika and Hakunori Family were also flat and soft.
