It was snowing heavily this morning. Over 30 cm fresh snow covered the steep slopes of Expert Course and Snake Course. There were many ski tracks at around 10:30 a.m. but many fresh snow were remained and I could enjoy the fluffy powder snow.

The wind was blowing strongly, but at Wakaguri Rinkan Course the wind was gentle because of the trees on the both sides of the course. But sometimes the snow was falling from the trees and it made visibility very low. Some people were screaming from the lifts. 10 cm fresh snow covered the groomed run and I could make the turns easily.

The half of Satomi Chuo was groomed and covered with 10 cm fresh snow, and other half was non-groomed area. 2 people from Tokyo gave me glad comment, “I always check your reports and rise my spirit and coming to ski.”

The skis were not running at the gentle run of Hakunori Family Course because of fresh snow. So only few people were skiing there. Not only skiing but kids were enjoying the sleds at the side of course. You can enjoy the snow freely in the ski area and even some people were enjoying BBQ in the spring season. These were some of attractive points of Hakunori.
