Hakuba Norikura / ◎320cm / Sunny & Cloudy2017.Jan.25

17012501_hakunoriThe heavy snow caused by the big cold wave had abated in this morning and we had the sunlight after a long while. The temperature was still low and Sky View area had a lot of fresh snow even at 10:00 a.m.

17012502_hakunoriThe snowfall from the last evening was about 20cm. The total amount of snow was over my poles. By the way, Hakuba Norikura has many tree-run areas and the west side of Sky View is also a recommended powder spot.

17012503_hakunoriThis course has changeable slopes, such as open, tree-run and undulating areas, so you can explore and enjoy fresh riding every time. The self-responsibility area in the north part of No.9 Pair was also fine and I found some people from abroad making the first ski tracks.

17012504_hakunoriThe fresh snow in the ungroomed area of Satomi Wakaguri Access Line was compacted by the wind and a little heavy, but I could enjoy the feel of soft snow. The groomed areas were soft and in fine condition, so I could made turns as I imagined.
