It has been snow since yesterday, but this morning it stopped and the sun started to shine. At the top of ski area, l was so cold when I sopped for shooting because of the strong wind from the north. The voltage of guests, who made a long line at No.4 Pair before the opening, was so high.
[Mt. Hieda Course 2]
I went to Mt. Hieda Course 2, which is non-groomed steep slope ( average slope angle 36°, maximum slope angle 42°). About 35 centimeters of new snow was packed by wind. However, I could enjoy the powder run with floating feeling at high speed.

At Mt. Hieda Course 1-3 and Tree Area, guests were making big sprays of snow and shouting for joy, “Great!”“WOW!”. Mt. Hieda 2 was the most popular so the powder covered with ski tracks in just 30 minutes.

There was a long line at Pair No.4 continuously. The groomed slopes of Hieda Rinkan Course and Ikenota was nicely soft powder snow. Open of No.5 Pair was behind the schedule due to strong wind.
