It was overcast this morning. 4 people from Hyogo Pref. cheered and posed me at the moutain-top station of No.4 Pair. They also said, “We hope it will be cold nicely….”
[Mt. Hieda Forest Course]
The slope of Mt. Hieda Forest Course was groomed well, but leaves and branches blown by a wind had fallen on the runs. The shallow bumps covered Mt. Hieda Course No.1, but they were not hard. I found some bushes in the middle parts, however they did not matter for skiing.

I met no one in Itadaira Course because more and more bushes and the ground were exposed there. The snow in the groomed slope of Ikenota was nicely soft, so the edges of my skies worked and skies ran well. Some parts along No.2 Quad were getting brown color of soil, but almost all of the other areas were good.

When the lifts started the operation, just a gentle wind was blowing in the foot, but it was stronger in the upper part. Around 10:00 a.m, it was blowing a strong wind in the lower parts as well. Besides, the rain started to fall lightly as forecast.
