After the cloudy and rainy days on 8th (Sat) and 9th (Sun), the blue sky comes back from 10th of Aug (Mon)! It also brings the bustle of the summer season to HAKUBA VALLEY. Today on 11th of Aug. (Tue), the temperature reached to more than 35 degrees at 230 points in Japan. However, the water of POCHADAS (Photo) did’t get warm enough to be open until 0:30 p.m. because of its cool location.

AMIDAS, which is always open earlier than the other areas, was already crowded with people from the morning. At the trampoline net area in the 3rd floor (Photo), the amount of entrance is limited to only single group to avoid being too crowded this season. At AMIDAS, booking holders are prioritized until 31st of Aug. (Mon), so it is better to check the vacancies in advance. (*Check Today’s Vacancies).

KABEDAS and KOGIDAS were open at 10:00 a.m. The father from a family from Toyama Pref. (A guy on the left in photo) talked to me, “We are challenging to KABEDAS until the booking of KOGIDAS at 1:00 p.m.!” He and his child were competing on who could get to the top faster there.

This summer, KOGIDAS (Photo) is open in the periods from 23rd (Thu) to 26th (Sun) of July and 8th (Sun) to 17th (Mon) of Aug. As well as KABEDAS, it is likely to be not busy too much in the morning, so it is recommended to visit there at that time. By the way, TOBIDAS is temporarily closed due to the facility maintenance as of 11th of Aug. (Tue).
