Hakuba Tsugaike WOW! / Sunny & Cloudy2018.Oct.06
The first day of 3-days weekend in October, the weather at WOW! was overcast with clouds throughout the day. It was cool and perfect for outdoor fun. The first visitors to the park, a family with young children, challenged the items on the second floor of Amidasu, then enjoyed playing with the huge ball on the third floor.

The previously unreported slide located at the end of Amidas is sure to be a thrilling experience. Starting from the third floor, its length and steepness will be exciting for all. We recommend sliding without trying to stop yourself – there is plenty of cushioning at the bottom, and you may lose your balance!

At Kogidasu, families from the nearby Saitama and Azumino City, Nagano Prefectures were enjoying a bicycle ride in the air, hovering 10m above the pond! Some may be terrified by the height, but it is sure to provide beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. At this time, you may be treated to autumn’s color changes. Around mid-October, the leaves will just begin changing to gold.

The young son of a family from Toyama Prefecture challenged Tobidasu! The staff gave him a quick push to start the ride. Though he acknowledged that it was “scary,” he was eager to ride again and went even higher than before!

Afterwards, he tried Kabedasu, the rock climbing exhibit, but he could not make it to the top even after many attempts. Soon after, his dad put aside his smartphone filled with pictures of his children, and he made it to the top in just two minutes!
