Tsugaike Nature Park / Cloudy & Sunny2017.Jul.21

17072101_tsugaikeWe have had cloudy days because of the damp air from the south since the rainy season was over on July 19 (Wed). Today, the sky was overcast and the sunlight was blocked off and it was so cool in Tsugaike that I almost forgot it was hot in the mountain foot areas. I saw a lot of people who would go mountaineering to Hakuba Oike Big Pond and other peaks this morning.

17072102_tsugaikeDuring walking around Mizubasho Marsh, I met a comedian, Tomo Kitamura from Kotetsu and he came here to make a TV program, “PUSH☆”, of NBS. He made me the pose of PUSH☆ when I took photos of him. Today’s report will be broadcast at 10:45 a.m. on July 29 (Sat).

17072103_tsugaikeIn the nature park, the peak season of alpine flowers still continues. I found Karamatsusou, Mitsubaouren, Gozentachibana, Watasuge and especially, Iwaichou (Photo) in Watasuge & Ukishima Marsh. Although we could not see Northern Alps because of the fog, the cute flowers welcomed me.

17072104_tsugaikeAt around 9:30 a.m, the fog and Dakekanba (Erman’s Birch) made a fantastic view in Yase-one. On the slope in the south, there were Gunnaifuro, Hakusanominaeshi and Hakusantaigeki. The temperature did not get high, so I could walk around the nature park comfortably.

17072105_tsugaikeOn the trail between marshes, I saw colonies of Koiwakagami, Gozentachibana and Syojobakama. More and more people came at 10:00 a.m. and the park got crowded typically in the summer.
