We had a sunny day but there were many clouds, typical in the rainy season. It was hardly blowing a wind and I got sweaty just ten minutes after I started walk. The snow is thawing more and more and I found grounds exposed in some parts.

In Watasuge Marsh, halls were made and Mizubasho started sprouting on the exposed marshes. Although the most part of the nature park is still covered with snow, but the pink ribbons show the direction so that we do not lose our way. The snow was firm enough to walk on in the early morning, but it got softer and more slippy as time passed.

I arrived at Yase-one after walking for one hour from Ukishima Marsh. A wind came along the ridge and cooled me down comfortably. I found Shiraneaoi in the south face, Murasakiyashiotsutsuji near the observation deck and Koiwakagami in the ridge trail.

Besides, the snow around Ganmata-ike Pond had been almost thawing. The view of the spring flowers and fresh green surrounded and refreshed me kindly.

We walked on the snow again from the observation deck to Tenbou Marsh. More and more people came to the nature park at around 10:30 a.m. and I found people taking pictures in Ukishima and Watasuge Marsh.
