Tsugaike Nature Park / Sunny & Rainy2016.Aug.09
It has been blowy from the last night because of Omais (the 5th typhoon), so the trees and grass in Mizubasho Marsh were swaying in the strong wing. In the middle part of the marsh, Onishigama is blooming beautifully. It puts out the pink petals from the bottom to the top.

The weather has been fine in these 4 days. We had the sunlight in this morning as well, but it was not so hot during trekking to Watasuge Marsh, because the strong wind cooled us down. From Kusu-gawa River, the trees blocked off the wind and the trails became steeper, so I got sweaty.

The bright blue flower of Yachitorikabuto was impressed me. I found a lot of those flowers along the wooden paths. Although it has such a beautiful look, it is one of the most poisonous plants in Japan. It flowers mainly in Mizubasho Marsh and also in some parts of Watasuge Marsh and Ukishima Marsh.

It was breezing when I came to Ukishima Marsh. There were Iwashobu and Umebachisou in the marshes. As you can see in the photo, the marsh changed its color into light yellow slightly. Now it is still in early-Aug, but we can see the sign of Fall.

After that, the sky got overcast and it started to rain lightly around 10:00 a.m. when I reached Tenbou Marsh. However, the trees in Yase-one protect us from the rain. The weather became better soon and I could see the blue sky again in Ukishima Marsh.
