Kashimayari / ◎120cm / Cloudy2019.Jan.18

19011801_kashimayariWe had heavy snow! The snow from last evening almost stopped this morning and it was a great powder day today! The amount of fresh snow was 40 cm at West Mt. A snowboarder said “I always enjoy your reports!” and went down, raising a cloud of snow.
[Course 5-A]
19011802_kashimayariAbout one-third area was non-groomed, while two-thirds area was groomed on the skier’s left side of Course 5-A. I enjoyed fluffy powder snow on the non-groomed area. Meanwhile, the groomed area was nicely soft and great. The slope was crowded with student-groups and students on a school trip from the early morning.
[Course 5-A]
19011803_kashimayariThere were big moguls on Course 5-B, however, I did not have a bottom feeling. Rather, I enjoyed a floating feeling there. By the way, it was not windy in front of Central Plaza 1130, while a strong wind sometimes blew at West Mt.
[Course 5-B]
19011804_kashimayariThe groomed areaa of Chuo Slope were soft and great for everyone, covered with powder snow. When I look over Course 1-A, I found much snow on the slope. Speaking of the lower area, Ipponbuna Downhill Course was nicely firm and Nakatsuna Beginners Slope was nicely soft. Both of them were in great condition.
[Course 5-C]
