“Snow Garden”, the best place for winter outdoor, will open in Ishiuchi Maruyama on Dec. 26 (Sat). There are dome tents, a terrace (pictured), “Australia Snow House” cafe, and various types of activities available. It’s easily accessible from the central exit by Sunrise Express Chair, if you’re non-skiers or snowboarders.

Tree Run Course is coming between Marchen Course and Giant Course (pictured)! Ishiuchi Maruyama is one of the greatest snow resorts in Yuzawa area with the both steep and gentle runs, the snow park, and the monster pipes with long hours of operation.

Ishiuchi Maruyama is the best spot for night skiing and snowboarding with 9 courses opening and three types of high-speed chairlifts available. It will open every day from Dec. 26 (Sat) to Feb.28 (Sun), and on Mar.6 (Sat), 7 (Sun), 13 (Sat), and 14 (Sun), although the opening period may change due to the snow conditions. “Go to Travel” regional coupons can be used at all facilities except for the parking lots and lockers.

*Snow Garden entrance fee: Adult, 1,500 yen; Children under 12, 1,000 yen. A combo ticket (Adult, 3,000 yen; elementary school students, 1,500 yen; Children under 6, 1,000 yen), including a Gondola round-trip ticket, a Snow Garden entrance ticket, and a local unique tumbler, is a good deal for non-skiers and snowboarders.
