Hakuba Norikura / ◎155cm / Snowy Rainy2019.Feb.28
Wet snow flitted at the opening time of lifts and it turned into large snowflakes. There was also light gases at the top of slopes. Two sliders held the poses and said, “We came from Tsugaike. We sometimes read your reports. We ‘re glad it didn’t rain.”

There were corduroy patterns in the early morning in Highway Course and Kamoshika Course. It was good for sliding with edges biting muddy granular snow. Sometimes the fiel of vision was bad because of the light but we could enjoy sliding down from the top to the bottom.

The granular snow was crunchy in Wakaguri Chuo Slope. The first to arrive from Hakuba village talked to us, “I always read your reports! I came here for training carving because Hakunori is not so crowded on weekdays.”

A man with children (the second from the right) said, “I always skii but this is the second time to snowboard. The children of a friend from America teach me how to slide.” It stopped snowing around 10:00, and it began to rain slightly.
