The last day of this season is May 6 but spring season discount has started from yesterday Mar. 11, and 1-day ticket for adult is reasonable with JPY4,000 and child is JPY2,100! There were many clouds but it was calm and ideal day for spring skiing and snowboarding.
[Grand Prix Course]
As of 8 a.m., the corn snow at the base area was got hard with lot of rain water. But in Panorama Course and Grand Prix Course, new snow and corn snow were mixed and groomed nicely firm. The edges of skis were working well and I could make turns comfortably.

The snow on Dynamic Course was melted thick but I could ski easily. 2 people from Azumino and Hakuba said, “We always enjoy your report, and we are very happy to meet you first time for this season. The slopes of Alps-Daira was firmer than we thought so we are going to change the boards.”
[Champion Dynamic Course]
As of 9:30 a.m., it became very warm the bottom of the ski area. As the temperature rose, the snow on Toomi, Powder Snow Course and Soft Cream Course was melted and became slushy. The edges of skis were buried deeply in to snow and skis were not running well.
