It was lightly foggy in the ski area this morning. In Ippon-matsu Course, the groomed slope of the dry corn snow was nicely soft. The fogs were not too thick and we could see more than a half part of the slope still, so we could ski comfortably with smooth turns.

I met an instructor of Cortina Snowboard School who came snowboarding on his day off (Right on Photo). He talked, “I was very busy because of the lessons for students who were coming on school trips. Fortunately, we had a good time without any accidents and injuries. Today, I will snowboard as I want!”
[Ikenota]
The flat slope of Ikenota was also in good condition of dry corn snow. By the way, Mt. Hieda Course 2 and Mt. Hieda Course 3 were closed all day because of the bad snow condition. I found some parts hard in Mt. Hieda Rinkan Course, but the slope was nicely firm generally.

7 people of “Ikamaika Ski Club” from Shizuoka Pref. gave me a greeting, “We always check your reports! We come skiing to Cortina and Hakuba Norikura this season every year. Our club is named after a dialect used in Enshu Area.” Itadaira Course was also groomed well with corn snow and there were small and big snowballs.
