It was so cold and it was cloder with a strong wind at the top of Rabbit Course. “Hello, guys of Snownavi. I always enjoy your report!” A man also talked to us, “I trust your information of slopes everyday.” We were glad to hear that. The slight sunshine came from the cloudy sky.

The condition of Ikenoda Slope, Ipponmatsu Coure, Rabbit Course and Warabidaira Slope were realy good with powdered snow to slide and turn again and again. A wind became weaker from the middle of Rabbit Course but we still felt cold and painful while sliding down.

Some advanced skiers were sliding down at a high-pace and making traces one and after in Ipponmatsu Course just after the 1st pair lift worked. On the other hand, Ikenoda Slope was filled with many beginners in the early morning.

By the way, there are sill a snowslide warning from Jan. 20th(Sun.) around the north of Nagano including Otari village. Some foreigners had the rescue lecture using beacons and sondes in the non-compacted area at the last stage of Kamoshika Course.
