Cortina / ◎265cm / Sunny2018.Mar.17
Clouds gradually started to move away around 9 a.m., and the weather got better. Trees in the middle and upper area of the ski area were covered with rime again because it had cooled down since last night. They looked brilliant and I saw people who got off the No.4 Pair Lift taking photos before skiing down.
[Mt. Hieda Forest Course]
The granular snow and the 2-3 cm of new snow was mixed and groomed at Mt. Hieda Forest Course. The course was nicely firm, and in a great condition. I enjoyed skiing with a beautiful scenery.

The granular snow was nicely flat at Itadaira Course. The surface had already melted around 9:30 a.m.. However, my skis ran well and my edges worked nicely, so I enjoyed making turns as I imagined.
[Itadaira Course]
About 2 cm of new snow was on the ups and downs of the steep non-groomed Mt. Hieda 1. On the other hand, Mt Hieda 2 & 3, Itadaira Ridge Course, Giant Course were closed because of bad condition. I enjoyed gaining speed at Ikenota Slope, which was thoroughly compacted and nicely melting.
