On Nov. 6 (Fri), “Drone Workshop” was held from 1:30 p.m. At this workshop, we could do test-flight of DJI Drone MAVIC AIR 2 (Photo), DJI MINI 2 which was on sale just from Nov. 5 (Thu) and DJI Pocket 2 on sale from the last month which is loaded with the 3-xis gimbal.

Today, this workshop was held as both private viewing for people concerned and open workshop as the schedule was changed because of the weather forecast of raining tomorrow. A guy (Right in photo) talked to me, “I hurried to get a day off today to join to this workshop because the schedule was suddenly changed to today.” The participants tried to fly the drones with the lecture by 2 staffs of DJI and Mr. Nakamura (Left in photo) who is the official pilot.

A staff of Hakuba Iwatake said, “We are thinking of newly building a drone flight area and holding these workshops regularly in future.” By the way, the Iwatake summit area including HAKUBA MOUNTAIN HARBOR was still crowded with people even though today was a weekday in the late fall.

This weekend, all of ski areas in HAKUBA VALLEY finish their summer operation due to the closure of Hakuba Iwatake Mountain Resort. We really appreciate you all for supporting and enjoying our reports of 2020 summer season. The winter is coming soon to these autumn-colored mountains.
