    Mt. Fuji First Snowing

    On 9/30 (Fri), Kofu Local Meteorological Office announced that the summit of Mt. Fuji (3,776m) was covered with snow for the first time this year. This is 2 days earlier than usual (10/2) and 4 days later than last year (9/26).

     

    By the way, Japan Meteorological Agency also announced the weather forecast from August, 2022 to March, 2023 as the La Nina weather condition remains now. This condition will last until this winter as well (70%).
