    First Ice and Frost on Mt. Norikura

    Norikura Skyline Management Office announced that they found the ice and frost over Tsurugaike Pind (Altitude 2,696m) in Tatamidaira in the morning on 8/29 (Mon). The first ice is 28 days earlier and the first frost is 23 days earlier than usual this decade. This is also the earliest since the observation had started.
