Tsugaike Kogen / ×20cm / Snowy2018.Nov.23

18112301_tsugaikeWe had snow on the top of the mountain from last eventing to this morning. About 15~20 cm of fresh snow laid at Tsugaike Slope this morning. It was chilly with the temperature at -2℃, while there was almost no wind. My body got warmed up soon as I started to walk in the fresh snow.

18112302_tsugaikeIt had been snowing even after 9am, however, clouds in the eastern sky gradually cleared and the sunlight sometimes came through. In the middle and lower area of Hannnoki, there was about 12~15cm of snow and tall grasses on the steep slope were standing out. Meanwhile, the fresh snow was about 17cm deep at the deepest point along Hannoki High-Speed Pair Lift.

18112303_tsugaikeThe snow laid about 3cm deep at the lowest area, Kanenonaruoka and Oyanohara Slope. It was white all over the slope there. On the other hand, the tall withered grasses were standing out at Champion and Hakuba Slope.
