We have had fine mornings with the clear sky since Mar. 24 (Sat). It was a little cold this morning because of the radiative cooling, so the slope of Tsuga-no-mori was nicely firm. The wide slope was groomed well and I could ski down with high speed comfortably.

As of 8:30 a.m, the slope along Han-no-ki High Speed Pair already got melted a little. However, it was not too soft, so I could make turns as I imagined. People started riding from the early morning today and especially, the slope along Han-no-ki High Speed Pair was the most popular.

It was getting warmer and warmer as I skied down. I met a father and his child from Shizuoka and they said, “We always enjoy your reports! My 6-year-old son will enter elementary school from the next month, so I come skiing with him on the last holiday!” The lower part of Han-no-ki was very slushy and was covered with ski tracks.

Maruyama slope was finely groomed and slushy. I found a lot of kids with bibs who were taking ski lessons. By the way, Kane-no-naru-oka Sky Liner Ⅰ will be closed tomorrow, Mar. 29 (Thu). After this weekend, all lifts except for Ropeway, Gondola, Tsuga No.2 Pair and Han-no-ki High Speed Pair will finish the operation.
