We had a cloudy and hazy sky this early morning, but the sky got clear from 8:00 a.m. The slope of Tsuga-no-mori was groomed well and the corn snow was nicely firm, so I could make turns comfortably.

Han-no-ki slope was facing to the east, so it was already slushy at around 9:00 a.m. My skis ran well and I could ski down with high speed. However, after skiing, I got sweaty because of the warm weather.

Shirakaba was also flat and soft. As I skied down, the slope got softer and softer, but it did not matter to skiing in spite of the wet and heavy snow.

There were only a few people in Shirakaba in the early time, so the fresh slope remained for a long while. The condition of Champion was as same as Shirakaba. By the way, “Snowboard 18-19 Model Test-riding Event” will be held on Mar. 17 and 18 in Kane-no-naru-oka (Reservation required, First 200 people only, Reservation is available until 6:00 p.m. today).
