In this Sunday morning, there were many clouds but it was sometimes sunny. The half of the customers of Kids Park was from other countries. Children shouted of joy in many languages. However smiles of them were the same. I felt happy to see children go up by moving walkways and coasting with many items.

4 years old daughter in the family from Hyogo prefecture said, “It was fun to coast with my daddy! I would like to go again.” There were many families and children taking kids lessons in Kane-no-naruoka area. It was so good to practice with new snow on the moderately soft slope.

There were a lot of people in Maruyama which was moderately firm groomed compacted snow. At 11:30, the Piste tracks disappeared all over. However it not rough but flat so I could enjoy skiing comfortably.

There was 20 cm of new snow at the non-groomed area around Maruyama No.1 Lift station. Lift staffs were surprised by unexpected much snow. I took a picture of students participating in training camp sponsored by OGASAKA SKI. They were practicing basic skiing many times like snowplow turns.

*Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort will start 2017-18 Winter operation from late November, 2017 to May 6, 2018 (Depending on the snow).
