It was decided that Tsugaike would be open on Nov. 23 yesterday. However, unfortunately, it had been raining since the last night over the whole ski slope, and it was announced in this morning that the condition could threaten the security of skiers, so the opening was postponed. 2 visitors from Azumino city and Okaya city in Nagano prefecture left away weeping.

The snow at the bottom of Han-no-ki and Maruyama was much decreased into around 10cm. In spite of such a condition, the members of the local junior team in Otari village practiced cross-country skiing. According to the weather forecast, it will be snowing from this evening to the day after tomorrow because of the wintry pressure pattern.
