Because of the strong cold wave, it started to snow from the last midnight in mountain areas. There was about 5cm snowfall in Katamatsu and Kane-no-naru-oka. This is the first time in this season for the ski area to be covered with snow entirely.

The amount of the snow was about 10cm in lower Han-no-ki. The trees around the course was wearing the snow and made a fantastic view with the fogs. In the upper Han-no-ki, the snow amount was reached 15cm.

The concrete road was exposed in the lower Rindo Course, but the upper part was under the snow. Along the Han-no-ki High Speed Pair, the trees block the wind, so there was 3－4cm snowfall in the last morning and about 20cm in this morning.

On the other hand, in Tsuga-no-mori where the wind was blowing strongly, there was only 10cm snow. However, it is 2 weeks earlier than the last year to have such an amount of snow. It seems that it might be possible for us to start to ski in Han-no-ki even in November.
