Because it was blowing a strong wind, so Tsugaike Panorama Way suspended the operation from the morning. When I looked up to the upper areas from Kane-no-naru-oka where it was drizzling, I could see the lower part of Uma-no-se Course and the upper part of Han-no-ki got white with snow.
