It started to snow heavily from the last evening till this early morning and there was 20cm fresh snow in the upper part of the ski area. While the slope on the skier’s right in Tsuga-no-mori had some hard bumps, we could enjoy the feel of floating on the snow fully.

The clouds were staying in the sky and the sunlight was sometimes blocked off. The fresh snow was nicely compacted in Han-no-ki, so the groomed slope had a pleasant soft touch against my skies. Because today is a weekday after three straight holidays, the slopes kept the corduroy patterns even after 9:00 a.m.

The groomed slope of Shirakaba was firm well, so my skies were running finely. At around the divergence toward Rindo Course, I found the color of the ground blurring the snow, but the other parts were in good condition.

The gentle slope of Oya-no-hara was also soft. Beginner skiers and snowboarders were enjoying at their own pace there. People from Shizuoka Pref. who posed me taught snowboarding to the other and helped each other as well.
