The third Sunday in every month is “Ski Kids Day” and Child (under 12 y/o) 1-day Lift Pass is free! Today is the first day of it in this winter and I met the junior ski club in Otari Village and many families with kids.

The slope along Han-no-ki High Speed Pair was groomed well and in good condition. It was nicely soft and made comfortable sound when I walked on the snow. 2 people from Toyama greeted me and said, “We always enjoy your reports! We had got the season passes, so we will come skiing many times!”

Clear blue sky over us and no wind blowing…, the slopes got crowded with people from the early morning and I got many cheers and watchwords. Tsuga-no-mori was also in groomed fine condition and the edges of my skies worked well, so experts enjoyed high speed turns. By the way, Tsuga No.1 Pair is open from yesterday (start at 9:30 a.m.).

The finest sky in this season made a splendid contrast with Northerm Alps. After that, more and more people came and Han-no-ki High Speed Pair had a line at 9:30 a.m.
