Only about 10 days are left until Sanosaka Ski Area is closed on Mar. 26 (Sun), but still all areas are open now thanks to the good snow. Spring Ski Season will be start on Mar. 21 (Tue) and the 3 lifts, No. 2 Quad, No.3 Quad and No.6 Pair will be available during the period. Besides, the 1-day lift prices will changes to JPY3,000 for an adult and JPY1,000 for a child.
[Sanosaka Ski Area]
This morning, while the sunlight was cast and blocked off again and again, it was snowing slightly. The corn snow was groomed well and the slope was nicely firm, covered with 1cm fresh snow. The snow was damp, so my skis did not run well in the gentle slopes like Family Area.
[Lake Down Course]
However, in the steeper slopes, such as Curving, Lake Down Course and Paradise, we could ski down with high speed comfortably. I was impressed by the skillful riding by the instructors of AZ Pro Snowboarding School and experts.

Because of the warm weather and quite slopes on a weekday of March, I could enjoy at my own pace. The fresh run of Paradise remained as it was for a long while.
