Nomugi Touge ski resort with 12 courses at the highest altitude in Japan (1,400m-2,130m)! The sunny day was high in the inland area, and the day of coverage on the National Foundation Day was clear. From each course along the sky rabbit (high speed pair, 1,060m) at the top of the ski area, we could see the magnificent peaks of the Northern Alps including Mt. Norikura (3,026m).

The Champion, Champion 2 and Expert courses were moderately tight and slippery compact snow burns. All courses were facing west and surrounded by coniferous forests, so there were many shaded areas in the morning and the powdered snow conditions were maintained for a long time.

As you slide down, your view opens up on a moderately soft snowy panoramic slope. The slope of Tatemizu (pictured) was hard, and when it descended to the family slope, it became soft and slippery again. You can reach the top of the ski area with two high-speed lifts and enjoy a 4km downhill from there to the foot.

Bambi slopes where families and beginners stand out are also moderately soft powdered snow! Thank you to the family from Ina City, Nagano Prefecture for the password “I always watch.” By the way, on Feb, 16 (Sun), ski lifts are free for elementary school students on Ski Kids Day (* Preschoolers are always free).
