Kashimayari / ◎180cm / Cloudy2017.Mar.02
The weather is changing for the worse and we had a quiet morning with a few turnout. In Course 1-A, a course facing the south, I heard skis scratching the hard run, but it was flat and we could ski with high speed comfortably.
[Course 1: Toomi Grand View A]
On the other hand, Course 5-A was nicely firm (not hard!), so edges of skis worked well. There were generally beginners in this morning, so only countable number of people just went up to the course by No.5 pair.
[Course 5-A]
As I skied down to the bottom, the snow changed into melting corn snow from the middle part of Ippon-buna Downhill Course. The snow was nicely soft, so I thought it was good to practice and try the items in Action Park at our own pace.
[Nakatsuna Beginners]
The winter season past so fast and only a month left until the ski area is closed. We had much less snow than usual in last December, but there was good snowfall again and again after the New Year. “Now, we still have enough snow 60cm deeper than in the last year (120cm, on the same day). We hope you will enjoy riding in Kashimayari”, a patrol said.
[Course 2: Kurosawa]
