Kashimayari / ◎170cm / Rainy2017.Jan.30
It have been raining since last night. Though the wind was blowing weakly, it was warm this morning. It was kind of hard to ski on the slope where the snow contained moiture like in Spring.
[Ippon Buna Downhill Course]
A couple came from Aichi prefecture left a comment, “This is the very first time to snowboard in a rainy day. I was surprised that the board easily got speed.” Everything else was fine except that the goggle got raindrop at Kurosawa slope.
[Course 2: Kurosawa]
The snow on Course 1-A was groomed but it absorbed the moisture. When I tried to make turns, the edge got stuck to the snow and it was actually a difficult condition today. I found some people lost their balance and fell.
[Course 3: Kashima]
3 people from Osaka prefecture said “My butt is getting cold.” Around 9:00 a.m., many beginners, who came here by bus tours, were coming mainly to Kashima slope.
