Iwatake/ ○180cm / Snowy2018.Mar.20

18032001_iwatakeThere was about 10 cm of wet snow at the top of the slope. It was snowing lightly and shrouded in the fog at North Slope. I could see only 1 or 2 items in front of me. Thus, everybody was riding slowly and trying easy items.
[North Slope]
18032002_iwatakeThe granular snow was well-groomed and covered with 3-5 cm of new snow. The skis were not running well but there was no problem with the boxes and the rails. However, people weren’t jumping high at Kicker.5m and Kicker.7m.
[North Slope]
18032003_iwatakeIn addition, it was hard to see the surface of snow because of the fog. However, I was impressed with snowboarders making beautiful grabs in spite of the bad condition.
[North Slope]
18032004_iwatakeThe visibility was poor at both Gezan Course and South Slope. As I reached the middle section of Gezan, the fog started to clear. However, the slope was more melting and my edges went deeper. Paradise was slushy and it was hard to make turns.
